One therapy, refined over three decades: the herbal nasal drop

The clinic's approach is built on Nasya — a classical Ayurvedic therapy in which medicated herbal drops are administered through the nose. The goal is simple: fewer attacks, milder attacks, and freedom from the painkiller cycle.

  1. Consultation

Your headache history, triggers and current medicines, understood properly.

  2. Nasal-drop course

A personalised course of herbal drops, administered and taught at the clinic.

  3. Follow-up

Progress reviewed, course adjusted, until the attacks ease off.

The honest version, up front.

No honest doctor promises a cure. What this clinic promises is a plan, a personalised course, and follow-through until the attacks ease off — with the full cost shared before you begin.

Years of painkillersRelief for a few hours, creeping doses, and medication-overuse headache as a real risk.
A Nasya courseA finite, supervised course that targets the headache pattern itself — fewer, milder attacks.

If your head hurts more days than it doesn't, come in.

Four kinds of headache walk through this door. All four are treated here.

Migraine

One-sided, throbbing attacks — with or without aura, nausea or light sensitivity.

Tension headache

The band-like, everyday headache that builds with stress and screen time.

Cluster headache

Severe, recurring attacks around one eye that arrive in cycles.

Sinus headache

Pressure and pain from sinusitis, treated alongside the sinus problem itself.

Dr. Santosh Gujarathi

A headache patient has usually seen many doctors before us. Our job is to be the last one they need.

For over three and a half decades, patients from Nashik and far beyond have come to this clinic in Panchavati — many after years of scans, specialists and pills that only postponed the next attack. Dr. Gujarathi runs the practice together with his wife, Mrs. Nikita Gujarathi. The family may be best known outside Nashik for their son — chess Grandmaster Vidit Gujrathi — but inside the clinic, it has only ever been about the patient in the chair.

What patients say after the pills stop

From the clinic's public Google reviews.

★★★★★

Fifteen years of severe migraine. Two years into the nasal-drop treatment, the relief has been remarkable.

★★★★★

Sixteen years of migraine — neurologists, MRI, painkillers, a dozen injections a month. Within months of starting here, the injections stopped. Then the painkillers too.

Before you ask

Questions every patient has

Do the nasal drops hurt?
No. Nasya feels like ordinary drops in the nose — a brief warmth or herbal taste at the back of the throat at most. The drops are taken lying down, and the clinic teaches you how to use your course comfortably at home.
How long is a course — and what does it cost?
That depends on how long you've had the headache and how severe it is — it's decided after your consultation, not before. The clinic shares the full plan and its cost up front, on the first call or visit, so there are no surprises later.
I don't live in Nashik. Can I still be treated?
Yes — a large share of patients are from outside Nashik. You consult on call or video, and your medicines are shipped anywhere in India with usage guidance and follow-ups.
I'm already on painkillers or other medicines. Is that a problem?
Almost every patient here arrives on painkillers — that's the norm, not the exception. Bring your current prescriptions and reports to the first consultation; the doctor accounts for everything you're taking before planning the course.
How do I book?
One call or one WhatsApp message to 98227 88184 is the whole process. The clinic confirms your time the same day. Walk-ins are seen Mon–Sat, 12–6 pm, but visits go smoothest with an appointment.
